Auditions
What to Expect at an Audition
When you arrive, introduce yourself to the person in charge — don’t be shy! We only bite on Mondays.
- Ages in the character descriptions are a reference. You may still fit a role if your age isn't the same. Come and try out anyways!
- If you have a prepared monologue, let us know. Monologues are not required.
- You will be given a contact sheet to fill out.
- Please check the linked calendar below to make sure you can fit the rehearsals and performances into your schedule before auditioning.
- If auditioning for a role, expect to have your picture taken holding a sheet with your name. This helps us match faces to names.
- You will be given some dialogue to read, either solo or with another person. Memorization is not required; scripts will be provided.
- No casting decisions are made the night of the audition. We contact everyone within a few days, regardless of the outcome.
- You may be offered the role you want, a different role, or an invitation to help backstage or front of house — all vital to our theatre's success!
- If you’re not selected, don’t worry — there will be more auditions soon.
Our next audition will be posted in the month of May.
